I can't belive Preston is ONE!!!
He had his first birthday party the 2nd week in December with my mom's side of the family. We get together once a month and celebrate the birthday's for that month. Even though I didn't cry, it tugged a little when everyone was singing happy birthday to Preston. Here he is with his cake and opening his presents.
Even though I was still pretty sick, I decided to have Preston's birthday party on his actual birthday...December 28th. I didn't want to postpone it, and I really wanted the Lambourne's to be able to be there...

Even though I was still pretty sick, I decided to have Preston's birthday party on his actual birthday...December 28th. I didn't want to postpone it, and I really wanted the Lambourne's to be able to be there... It was a really fun night. It was 'jungle' themed, and I made him a monkey cake! We had our family and friends over. THANK YOU EVERYONE for coming and the fun gifts. 
He wasn't messy at all! It was funny watching him eat the cake, and then the frosting..
This is dump truck #2...He LOVES IT! He loves pushing it around and being pushed in it! He is in his Chirstams jammies that we got from Beth Ann..of course we had to get jammies with a monkey on them :0) I LOVE these jammies
This is a Retro Radio Flyer tricycle that Aunt Heather gave Preston!!! Isn't it fabulous! He loves being pushed on it..I can't wait for summer so he can cruise around the neighborhood!

I love my little man! It's amazing how this sweet little spirit changes your life! I love being a mom!
