A few fun things happened this month..
1st....
It's my parents 28th Anniversary today!!! (7th anniversary in Leap Years)
I can't tell everyone enough how much I look up to parents! They are the best examples of what to be 'when you grow up'. I have always been able to talk to my parents about anything. We would always stay up late just talking (I love that we still do that). I swear my friends would come over to hang out with my parents...not me. I love that their door is always open. I am so thankful that they made my friends feel welcome anytime. It's funny to me how much they spoil Steve. They always keep a gallon of chocolate milk in the fridge for him, animal cookies in the pantry, and m&m's in the treat bucket (ok the m&m's are also for my mom) It makes me smile when we go over for Sunday dinner and my dad is SO exited to Steve's face when he takes his first bite of the roast. My dad loves saying 'Try to guess what I did different'. I love that before we leave, my mom, without fail, will say 'WAIT! Where are you going?' They have been there for me through everything...good and bad. I am so thankful for them!!!! They are fantastic parents (of 4 fantastic children and 2 fantastic sons-in-law) and they are FANTASTIC grandparents to Desi and Preston!!!

2nd and 3rd...Two of my really good friends got engaged!! Sydney to Chad and Heather to Jeff! I am SOOOO happy for you both! You guys are going to make BEAUTIFUL brides!!!

I love your parents too. They have been like 2nd parents to me. I have always felt welcome with them too, and I know I could have talked to them about anything. Your parents are the sweetest, kindest people that I know! Oh, I just love them so much. I'm getting tears in my eyes!! They are the best examples. You really are very lucky!
First of all I am so sorry you were awake resorting to the blog at 4:20. I feel your pain. Right now its 8:40 and Peyton has been asleep all night! I know I am in for a long night.

I hope this doesn't creep you out, I saw your comment on Ashlii's blog. I wanted to say hello and tell you and Steve congratulations, what a beautiful little baby boy you have! I am so happy for you both. Please tell your mom and dad I said hello too, Happy Anniversary to them as well!

Amen! Your parents are definitely two of the greatest people I've ever known. You are very lucky to have had them as parents and I'm so lucky to have them as such great friends. I'm grateful for the great kids they raised too! :)

It has been so fun for me to read your blog. Lindsey told me about it today and I had to check it out!! Your baby is so beautiful and I am so happy for you. As you know I have four of those darling boys and each one is a miracle. I am so excited for more of the wonderful things that await you as a mom!
